This domain supports owners, operators and regulators who must plan for the long-term protection of essential infrastructure. It looks at how assets depend on one another, where failures could spread, and how investment in protection and resilience can be sequenced sensibly.
Advice is informed by the Institute's research on critical infrastructure and by the approach of the Bharat National Resilience Index (BNRI). Typical questions include which assets matter most, what dependencies are poorly understood, and how a sector can build strength over time.
