Engagements may take the form of retainer-based advisory, project-specific consulting, executive briefings or board-level strategic work.
Different organisations need different kinds of support, and the programme offers several engagement models to suit them. The choice depends on the nature of the question, the time available and the level at which the advice is needed.
Every engagement begins with a conversation to establish the scope, the expected outputs and the arrangements for confidentiality. Terms are agreed in writing before work starts. Details of commercial arrangements are not set out on this page and are discussed directly with the client.
