Solution offerings are the practical forms in which advisory work reaches a client. Each is developed for the organisation concerned and is meant to be adopted by its own teams after the engagement ends.
The Institute's role is to bring independent research capability and structured method. Implementation remains with the client, although the programme can support review of how a design is being put into practice. Where an organisation needs help beyond the scope of the programme, this will be said plainly.
