CDRP: Critical Dynamics and Resilience Parameters

Quantitative and qualitative parameters of the resilience posture of each focus area: threat vectors, vulnerability indices and adaptive capacity.

What it looks at

  • Threat vectors and hazards
  • Vulnerability indices
  • Adaptive capacity indicators
  • Dependency and interdependency mapping

How it feeds the index

CDRP is applied to all six focus areas. Its results are consolidated at global, regional, national and State / UT level and combined with the other three metrics into the BNRI, the Global NRI and the State NRI.
