Advisors are drawn from critical infrastructure, defence and security, cyber systems, public policy, economics, disaster management and industrial ecosystems. Together they form a layer of strategic guidance and intellectual validation within the Institute’s framework.

• Review research frameworks and methods, including resilience models and risk assessment systems.
• Offer inputs on national and sectoral priorities and on emerging threat landscapes.
• Strengthen the methodological rigour of indices such as the Bharat National Resilience Index.
• Help align the Institute’s thinking with geopolitical, technological and economic realities.

Advisors hold no executive authority and no operational responsibility. They act as external intellectual anchors, ensuring neutrality, credibility and depth in strategic deliberation. They maintain confidentiality and discretion, uphold the Institute’s principles, and declare any conflict of interest so that their advice remains free of external influence.

Domain experts, senior professionals and subject specialists are invited to join.
