The Industrial Audit Assistance programme offers end-to-end support to organisations preparing for, undergoing or following up on audits related to safety, security, compliance and resilience. B.A.P-I works alongside internal teams and external auditors to help organisations understand where they stand, assemble credible evidence and plan corrective action in a structured and timely manner.
The programme draws on the institute's research across its 12 focus areas, risk assessment models, ISO-aligned protocols and benchmarking against the Bharat National Resilience Index (BNRI). Support can be arranged for a single audit cycle, on an annual basis or as continuous monitoring, depending on the needs of the organisation. The aim throughout is not only to help organisations meet audit requirements, but to use each audit as an opportunity to build lasting resilience across infrastructure, operations and supply chains.
