The Industrial Assignments programme is the applied consulting arm of the Bharat Assets Protection Institute™ (B.A.P-I). It brings the institute's research across its 12 focus areas to bear on practical challenges faced by industrial and infrastructure organisations, from risk assessment and supply chain resilience to cyber-physical security and organisational preparedness. Each assignment is designed to translate research insight into decisions that organisations can act upon with confidence.
Assignments are scoped jointly with the client and delivered by multi-disciplinary teams working within a structured, phased framework. Where relevant, outputs draw on the Bharat National Resilience Index (BNRI) so that findings can be read against a consistent national reference point. The programme is intended for infrastructure operators, manufacturers, logistics and energy organisations, ports and government-linked entities that seek independent, evidence-based guidance to strengthen the resilience of their assets, operations and supply networks.
