Bilateral Partnerships
Country-to-country collaboration
Bilateral partnerships are India's relationships with individual countries: strategic partnerships, defence and technology cooperation, trade agreements, energy and connectivity projects and people-to-people links. For the institute they are the closest view of how another country's capabilities, standards and supply chains meet India's own, and where joint research on critical infrastructure, manufacturing and resilience can add value.
