The institute's methodology handbook, its standing reference: the single methodology for research, resilience assessment, protection, preservation, sustenance, promotion and global engagement, and for intelligence, indexing, auditing, certifying and recommending across the six strategic pillars, twelve clusters and 148 sectors. It joins recognised global research standards with Bharat's own tradition of reasoned inquiry.
