This page explains how to begin an engagement, including consultation requests, confidential scoping and advisory onboarding.
An engagement starts with a consultation request. The request need not be detailed. A short description of the organisation, the concern and the time frame is enough for the Institute to judge whether the programme is the right route.
Before any sensitive information is exchanged, the parties can agree a non-disclosure arrangement. Scoping then follows, in which the objectives, outputs, working arrangements and responsibilities are written down and agreed. Onboarding begins only after both sides are satisfied with the scope.
How to begin
- Send a consultation request to info@bharatassetsprotection.org
- Describe the organisation, the concern and the expected time frame
- Agree a non-disclosure arrangement where required
- Take part in scoping discussions to define the engagement
- Complete advisory onboarding once the scope is agreed
The Institute will reply to requests as soon as it is able, and will say plainly if a request falls outside the programme.
