Outputs include white papers, advisory reports, implementation blueprints, risk registers, leadership briefings and policy recommendations.
The programme produces written and presented material that decision makers can use directly. Outputs are prepared in clear language, with findings, reasoning and recommendations set out so that they can be followed by readers who are not specialists.
The form of output depends on the engagement. Some deliverables are confidential to the client. Where the Institute considers that a piece of work would benefit the wider community, publication is discussed with the client and proceeds only with agreement.
All outputs are reviewed within the Institute before release to the client, to check accuracy, clarity and consistency with its research. Clients are encouraged to discuss drafts with the advisory team so that the final document reflects their circumstances.
