The second stage provides direct institutional and industry exposure through internships and field-based research training. Valid for 5 years.
Stage 2 helps participants apply what they learnt in Stage 1, work with domain experts and mentors in live operational and research environments, and build professional networks within strategic and resilience sectors. Validity: 5 years, demonstrating practical domain experience.
