Employer networks, sponsored training programmes, hiring collaborations and corporate enrolment options.
The programme draws on the institute's engagement with industry, academia, government and technology providers. These relationships help keep training relevant and create routes from learning to employment.
Organisations can work with B.A.P-I to develop the talent they need, whether by sponsoring participants, enrolling their own staff or collaborating on hiring. Partnership arrangements are agreed individually with each organisation.
For partner organisations, the programme offers access to participants trained in research design, risk analysis and resilience thinking, and certified against institutional standards. For participants, partnerships provide exposure to real operational settings and a clearer view of the roles available in strategic sectors.
