The Industrial Assignments programme allows such organisations to draw directly on the research capability of B.A.P-I to examine specific problems and arrive at practical, well-reasoned solutions.
Each assignment begins with a clear understanding of the client's context and objectives. The institute then applies its research methods, sector knowledge and resilience frameworks to analyse the issue, test options and recommend a course of action. The emphasis is on independent, evidence-based advice that can be implemented within the operational realities of the organisation.
